This plan will recognize and foster the critical role that natural lands, farms, and nature-based recreation plays in the story of Greenville County and the lives of its residents. This new plan will establish an ongoing vision for open space, including preservation goals and actionable steps for the future to ensure a resilient future through balanced growth and development. This plan will work with conservation organizations, citizens, farmers and landowners, and many others to determine the best path forward.
